I had a lovely one-night stay connected with the Dolphin Encounter tours. The unit was surprisingly spacious, and it opened to a pleasant courtyard, making it a nice place to relax. I appreciated the location, which was only a short drive or a brief walk to the town area. The hospitality from the owners added a nice touch to my experience, as they were eager to provide suggestions for local dining options. it was a comfortable stay with convenient access to attractions.

I was treated like a king. The owner made sure I felt right at home, even showing me to my room personally. The vibe here, it's just. Special. I had the best breakfast, better than I could imagine, with a view that practically stopped my heart. The place was immaculate. No dust, no issues, just perfection. Definitely a nice stay.
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but worth every penny.

We were received very nicely at the check-in. All employees were really warm. The location directly at the water was fantastic. The room was stylishly furnished and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and spacious, otherwise kept simple. The inner courtyard of the hotel is very beautifully designed and invites you to linger. The breakfast was delicious and the selection was perfectly ok.

It was close to our event that we attended. Also the meal my friend and I both had at there restaraunt was beautiful!
Nothing major.. Just couple of plugs didn't work and was no phone in the room.

The rooms were a nice size and had electric blankets and hypoallergenic pillows. The breakfast was freshly cooked, with a great selection of food options. Location: the hotel was very close to a cruise ship as well as the various restaurants.

seafront location, nicely styled courtyard area, off street parking
This feels like a motel struggling as a hotel!!! The bathroom was cramped and lacked space for toiletries. The champagne bar's early closing is absurd!!! Smart TV didn't function, and there was no one at reception to help!!!

for years i am booking all over the world hotels through booking,com- always a success. this time it was a disaster - nothing of what was described was true - the room was so tiny- we did not have a place for our luggage. it faced the parking lot ( in the describtion it said that it will face the peninsula ) it was so coldi in the room- the door was not sealed , it said that the room has a sitting area - in reality they had a porch out side the room facing the parking/ it was so cold - no one could sit out side. the rate was so high compating to other hotels we booked in new zelan and what they had to offer..i was so furiouse- i warmly recommend to take this hotel from your list.

We liked the hosts, both were very friendly, we loved the view out to sea and complimentary welcome snacks and drinks. Reasonably close to town and close tplocal pub the Pier.
Room was "Work in progress", Sofas /chairs were too small to relax but bed was very comfortable.Overall we were pleased.
